Very cute atmosphere- was quiet when we went but nice decor of pale pinks and greens, flowers and cute lights and mirrors and swings. Food and drinks all really fresh and tasty, and the staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive. This is a great place for a teens or a girly brunch/ tea. The shakes and coffees are loud and proud but great fun.

Delicious, the candy floss hot chocolate was lovely my only complaint would be that the chocolate is a little thin. The place was really nice to sit down and enjoy churos and the person serving us was very nice. We had a lovely experience here and its not massively expensive.

Totally instagramable place. Beautiful Interior !! If you want to record video photo for Instagram,you have to tell them ,they will give separate cup with extra charge for that. Food drinks looks fancy. For food it's one time place. Service was good.

Very small inside only about 5 tables not much room at all, staff not very friendly no smiles or conversation. Overpriced for a slushie with a few sweets on top. Churros were nice and the blue milkshake was lovely too but again I feel a-bit overpriced. No ambience and no toilets which I don’t even think is legal…and nowhere to use! A man from another restaurant came storming in to tell them to stop sending their customers over to use his toilet. Overall not really worth it for the price but kids enjoyed the faff of the milkshakes and ice creams with candy floss & you can get some cute pics.

Cute little shop and decor. We tried the normal churros as well as chilled churros. The normal churros were good, nothing to rave about. The chilled churros were okay. There was alot of soft serve which is good but it didn't seem to have any sort of flavour so I didn't finish it (my husband seemed to like it and finished it). Wouldn't go back for it for the chilled churro but would maybe just order normal churros if I ever came here again.

Loved our afternoon tea! First off, they were so accommodating, we’re not from London, so plans changed a couple of times, and the day we booked there were tube closures so luckily they squeezed us in earlier so we had plenty of time to make our way back to our transport home. Which also meant they had to adapt what we had to eat, which was absolutely fine. Everything was really tasty, made fresh, presentation was great. I loved everything about it! My only niggle, which I can’t knock them for, is that it was so hot, a little air con is needed I think, our slushies and ice cream were melting and candy floss was disintegrating before our eyes, lol, so I felt we had to eat everything really quickly 😂 But I throughly recommend it!

Doesnt live up to the hype. Tried this place out from the attractive Instagram videos but it is very underwhelming. The wait time was insanely long just for an overpriced vanilla icecream that cost over £9. My friend got a churros box for over £6, but only got 4 minuscule pieces with an oily chocolate dip. Staff were waiting around and showed something on their phone for 3 minutes while they had several tables waiting for food or drinks. Not satisfied with the service. Atleast us and another family bonded over our disappointment.

It was a good place. Elizabeth was very hospitable and we liked the food. We ordered normal churros and a soft serve. The place doesn’t have toilets and is small. But overall a good experience.
